ROOM RENTAL RATES

 

DAY EVENTS

Between the hours of 8am-3pm

Weekdays, Monday-Thursday - $750

Weekends, Friday-Sunday - $1500

Chef use only of Heaven’s Kitchen, unrelated to Event $40./hour

 

EVENING EVENTS

Between the hours of 4pm-12am

Weekdays, Monday-Thursday - $1000

Weekends, Friday-Sunday - $2500

 

RENTAL TIME ALLOCATION

Up to 2 hours for set up.

Up to 4 hours for Day Event; 5 hours for Evening Event

Up to 1 hour for tear down and clean up

Additional set up or tear down per hour - $50.

Additional event time  per hour - $250.

 

ADD ON COSTS

Refundable security deposit - $250.

Should alcohol be served, a Security guard - $25/hour; 1 guard/75 guests.

Audio/Visual Tech - $25/hour

Fully Equipped Private Catering Kitchen and Bar Counter

Venue Representative for the duration of your event

Dining Tables, as available

Dining Chairs, 125 quantity

China, 125 quantity of salad, dinner and dessert plates

Glassware, 125 quantity of water, white and red wine glasses

Silverware, 125 quantity of 5-piece place setting

Paper napkins (Linen napkins available @$1/each)

Table decor including votives, vases and seasonal sprigs, as available

“Private Event” signage

Check In/Registration Table and linen, upon request
